I’ve never cooked duck before, and it’s so easy to do, and so lush to eat, that I don’t know why it’s taken me this long to do so.
Look how beautiful the duck is against the bright colours of the orange salsa. Like the Georgian melon and relish from a few weeks prior, the combination of smooth duck and tangy salsa rocks the tastebuds.
Would 100% make again, and this is a great, simple one to make for a dinner with friends (I assume, I’ll let you know when I make friends).
