Recipe from Nigella Bites.

The first recipe from the last of the books used in this project, and my most unused of the books.
I made a load of these and took most into work to share with my colleagues, and after eating a couple first at home, I did precede their enjoyment with the phrase “They’re a bit dense”.
The cheesey scone dough is… quite something. Maybe I didn’t roll it out thin enough, but each pig took a few minutes to chew and finish.
Did they taste bad? No. Did I eat many? Yes.
But look how pretty they are!
