I don’t think I’ve ever had a Georgian food before making this recipe. The heat of the relish (known as Adzhika) against the cool of the melon really does make the tongue tingle, and everyone at the table enjoyed the fire of it.
It’s a simple process of blitzing all the ingredients, slathering it on melon, and enjoying the union of both.
