Week 34: Margarita Ice Cream

I love a Nigella ice cream because it’s always so simple, it’s whisking and freezing and enjoying. When it’s a flavour of one of your favourite cocktails too then it’s even better.

The fact this has tequila and Triple Sec in it means it doesn’t freeze solid so it’s easier to scoop and enjoy too. The tangy lime and the sweetness from the sugar, plus the booze, makes this one deeelicious ice cream. I just wish I was enjoying it out on a sunny day than in on a gloomy March… I’ll just have to make it again come summer. It’s definitely easy enough! Cheers.
