Recipe from KITCHEN.
The second drink in as many weeks, and this one was a delight to create and consume. I always have Prosecco in the house, for you never know when you might have emergency celebrations, and ordered a bottle of Campari to enjoy when a friend was visiting from Spain.
Adding a dash of the bitter Campari into the Prosecco gives it a very enjoyable edge, and I found it perfect to drink as I was putting up my Christmas decorations (not too many I should add or I would have a very lopsided Christmas tree).
Prosecco Sporco means “dirty Prosecco”, and if this is the dirty version then I’m in no rush to hire a cleaner to tidy this up for me.
