I like a salad recipe because it shows me there’s more to a salad than throwing leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and whatever colour pepper is going soft in the fridge into a bowl and covering with salad cream.
This one took longer than a usual salad would to make as the quinoa needed to be cooked and left for half hour, but the rest of the process (namely add everything else and mix it up) is a straightforward and simple affair.
I’d like to take this opportunity to state how much I love radishes and I’m annoyed at myself for having to be reminded by this recipe of that fact. They are wonderful.
