
Recipe from Simply Nigella.
Quick by name, very quick by nature. A case of toss the cut and sliced cucumbers with all remaining ingredients and leave for 20 minutes. Currently the simplest recipe from Simply Nigella that I’ve made thus far.
I never used to like gherkins, or pickles, when younger. I’d remove them from my burgers or salads… however now I love them, and these didn’t last long, I always would sneak one or two every time I went to the fridge. (This happened more frequently knowing they were there).
